Just confirmed to headline in their own country RAMMSTEIN! Still the biggest Festival in Germany and still the one that has the most varied bill of any Festival in mainland Europe. Rock Am Ring still sets the standards that others aspire to achieve! And in 2010 its celebrates its 25th birthday and ICT can say we're the only Britsh concert company to have been there every year since 1995.

We will be running the 5 day / 4 night coach option this year. The obvious benefit of this option means less rushing to get to Germany in time for the start of the Festival - certainly if you're thinking of camping then this is without doubt the best option - please bear in mind that the Thursday prior to the Festival is a Bank Holiday across Europe and the Germans do like to arrive early!! - we will have you on the campsites by Thursday evening so that you have time to pitch your tent before the Festival starts on the Friday.afternoon

Over the past 3 years it would also seem that the 4 night coach option has proved more popular with Hotel clients as well- the expense of an extra nights hotel is more than compensated by the fact that you arrive in Alternahr for Thursday evening and you'll have time to enjoy a good nights sleep/drink/meal (delete as appropriate!) before the Festival starts on the Friday

Day 1 Thurs 3rd June

Depart from the points shown on the departure form on the early hours of 3rd June (nb Some Northern points may be late evening on the 2nd June). London, for example will be 7am on the 3rd June .We drive down to Dover for the ferry crossing to Calais and onwards to Altenahr for late afternoon/early evening

For those of you electing the camping option we'll take you down to the Festival campsite-where we drop you off is where we'll pick you up on the morning of the 7th June. The evening of 3rd June is free

Day 2 Fri 4th June

Free morning before we transfer across for the start of the Rock Am Ring Festival.Transferring back after the main stage closes down

Day 3 Sat 5th June

Free morning before we transfer across for day 2 of the Rock Am Ring Festival . Transferring back after the main stage closes down

Day 4 Sun 6th June

Free morning before we transfer across for day 3 of the Rock Am Ring Festival Transferring back after the main stage closes down

Day 5 Mon 7th June

leaving the campsite & hotel after breakfast & returning to Calais & back to the UK for early evening onwards. Departures to Northern points will be late Monday evening /Early hours Tuesday morning

With a number of budget airlines springing up all over the UK then it has never been easier to fly to Germany BUT please bear in mind that the Nurburgring is not close to any major City!. (Cologne is 47 miles away)

We stay in Alternahr because it is the last stop on the train line from Cologne (about an hours ride). Our hotels are within walking distance of the railway station at Alternhar.

The closest airport to Alternahr is
Cologne / Bonn but it also feasible from
Frankfurt or Dusseldorf or Ryanairs
Nederhiem airport as well.

Payment options

Concert Cancellation - in the event of the concert being cancelled due to
illness or injury sustained by a member of the band then you may wish not to
take the trip. However, most insurance companies will not accept this as a
reason for cancellation and will not pay out.

We can offer an insurance policy specific to this concert. If the event does
not go ahead on the day specified due to injury or illness on the part of
the band but NOT due to the threat or result of terrorism then the insurance
company will refund costs upto 90% of the package paid. This policy is price
at £35pp. If you would like to include this policy on your package please
