Obviously the fact that Maiden are now playing for the 1st time ever, 2 consecutive nights at the 17,000 capacity arena has created extra interest for UK fans to go to the show as now you can see both shows in the time period normally allowed for one show.

And this will be one of the few INDOOR shows that Maiden are playing on this Summer's tour so if you want to see the band ‘close up’ then its got to be an option worth considering!!

The itinerary for the coach package is as follows
Departing late evening of the 30th June, early morning 1st July

In essence,we have 2 coach routes for the trip – one departing from Newcastle coming down the A1 to Leeds and then down the M1 to London.

The second coach will start in Manchester come down the M6 to Birmingham and along the M6 to join the M1 before going round the M25 and down the M20 to Dover.

For your information, Newcastle will be 10pm on the 30th June, Leeds midnight, Manchester 1am, Birmingham 3am, London 5.30am, Dover 7.30am.

We’ll take the short ferry crossing from Dover to Calais and travel on to reach Paris for mid-afternoon on the 1st July. After checking into our hotels there’ll be a couple of hours spare before we transfer down to the venue for the 1st nights show at Bercy.

After the concert we will return to hotel for 1 nights stay.

Weds 2nd July

Breakfast included in your package.

Free day in Paris – chance to do some sightseeing before we transfer later afternoon to venue and 2nd show.

After show return to hotels for second nights stay.

Thursday 3rd July

Breakfast included in your package.

Departing Paris and returning to Calais for afternoon sailing back to Dover and then onwards to original points of departure.

Prices are as follows

Inclusive trip to include coach travel from points listed above / 2 concert tickets (1 for each show). Ferry / local taxes / breakfast / transfers from hotel to concert each night = £240pp.

Price is based on sharing twin/double rooms.

For single rooms please add £60pp

Options – if you only wish to see 1 show then please deduct £40

- All clients wishing to see just 1 show will automatically be issued tickets for the show on the 2nd July.

Deposit of £90p for 2 shows or £50pp for 1 show secures places, balance due 8 weeks prior to departure date.

NOTE: Tickets are arena floor standing tickets.

If you would prefer to sit then we can supply unreserved seated tickets on sides and rear of venue for additional £10 per ticket.

Option 2 – Own way

If you prefer to make your own travel plans to Paris then that’s fine – we can supply hotel and ticket packages as follows

1 nights hotel and ticket for show = £119pp

2 nights hotel and 2 tickets for show (1 for each night) = £199pp

Price is based on sharing twin/double room and includes breakfast.

For single rooms please add £35pp per night.

All the hotels used on this option are located between the Gard Du Nord Railway Station and Bercy Arena so making transfers using metro system is easy.

Deposit of £90pp for 2 shows or £50pp for 1 show secures places,balance due 8 weeks prior to departure date.

Important - PERSONAL TRAVEL INSURANCE - we recommend that when visiting the USA you have comprehensive travel insurance to cover you against any eventuality. We recognise that many people have annual insurance policies and therefore we do not insist on you taking out a policy via ourselves. However, please remember that if you have to cancel your trip after any money have been paid then cancellation charge will apply. These cancellation charges may well have been covered by a travel insurance policy.

Concert Cancellation - in the event of the concert being cancelled due to illness or injury sustained by a member of the band then you may wish not to take the trip. However, most insurance companies will not accept this as a reason for cancellation and will not pay out.

We can offer an insurance policy specific to this concert. If the event does not go ahead on the day specified due to injury or illness on the part of the band but NOT due to the threat or result of terrorism then the insurance company will refund costs upto 90% of the package paid. This policy is price at £35pp. If you would like to include this policy on your package please indicate on the booking form.
