In conjunction with the official Iron Maiden Fan Club.

After the fantastic success and reaction to our first ever FC Maiden trip to the USA in March then we’re pleased to be able to offer a chance to see the worlds  biggest Rock band on 2 of their shows in the USA in June.

This time around Maiden will play the legendary Madison Square Gardens on Sunday 15th June. The previous night 14th June the band will play at the PNC Arts Centre in Holmdel New Jersey. Our package includes coach travel and ticket for this show as well.

For both concerts all fanclub members and guest will have ‘First to the barrier’ wristbands enabling them to early entrance to the shows and for both concerts we will have 2 passes to be raffled off that will entitle the winner (+1) to go ON STAGE to ‘assist the band (!) in singing ‘Heaven Can Wait’  – those of you who have seen the show already on this tour will know exactly how memorable a prize this will be!!

As before we have 2 options available to offer – an inclusive trip leaving from London to include transfers from airport to hotel and coach travel from hotel to PNC Arts Centre on the Saturday.

OPTION 1 inclusive package as detailed below

Heres the inclusive itinerary

Friday 13th June

Departing Heathrow Airport in morning to arrive at New York from mid afternoon. Transfer from airport to hotel.

Hotel at present is The Tudor Hotel 2nd Avenue / 42nd street

Free night on 13th June

Saturday 14th June

Free morning in Manhattan.

Afternoon departure to Holmdel New Jersey for 1st show on trip.After concert return to Hotel

Sunday 15th June

Free day in Manhattan before evening meet up at Madison Square Garden for second show on trip.

Free night aftershow
note: because of proximity of venue to hotels for this concert there is no transfer provided.

Monday 16th June

Free day in New York before transfer back to airport late afternoon for evening flight back to London, arriving morning of Tuesday 17th June

For single rooms please add £240 per person

Itinerary as above but without flights from the UK or transfers from airport to hotel thus ‘own way package’ to include

3 nights hotel room only basis in Manhattan - this option is suitable for Maiden fans from the USA and around the world who wish to fly in and meet up with fellow FC members on the trip

Important - PERSONAL TRAVEL INSURANCE - we recommend that when visiting the USA you have comprehensive travel insurance to cover you against any eventuality. We recognise that many people have annual insurance policies and therefore we do not insist on you taking out a policy via ourselves. However, please remember that if you have to cancel your trip after any money have been paid then cancellation charge will apply. These cancellation charges may well have been covered by a travel insurance policy.

Concert Cancellation - in the event of the concert being cancelled due to illness or injury sustained by a member of the band then you may wish not to take the trip. However, most insurance companies will not accept this as a reason for cancellation and will not pay out.

We can offer an insurance policy specific to this concert. If the event does not go ahead on the day specified due to injury or illness on the part of the band but NOT due to the threat or result of terrorism then the insurance company will refund costs upto 90% of the package paid. This policy is price at £35pp. If you would like to include this policy on your package please indicate on the booking form.
